The piece of work you are holding in your hand follows the same simplicity.
With only a bike, a small bag, and a camera, I set foot on Lanzarote’s untamed landscape, aiming to understand it artistically and challenge it physically.
Stripped down to the essentials, my journey mirrored the principle of Pan con Tomate: finding beauty, flavor, and meaning in something entirely new.
I am a child of a landlocked country, yet my relationship with water has always been grounded in respect.
This journey taught me not only to respect the waters but also the land itself.
Lanzarote’s incredible, unforgiving landscape challenged me on every pedal stroke, yet my mind and will always emerged stronger.

It’s easy to get caught up in the fast pace of living, rushing from one moment to the next, always searching for something more.

In the same way, this journey was about embracing the slowness, paying attention to what matters, and discovering beauty in the moments we often overlook.
Being on a bike allowed me to truly connect with Lanzarote, to observe, feel, and experience it in a way that was impossible from a distance. I was never just an observer; I was part of the landscape – moving through it, one with it, as it shaped me just as much as I shaped the journey.
